From a first idea
To what comes next

A design approach shaped around the task, the information behind it and the constraints of implementation.

Frame the task

Start with the decision someone needs to make. Align the team on the available information, the people involved and the limits of the task.

Map the relationships

Connect the entities and dependencies behind the interface. A production issue becomes understandable when the affected component and order can be traced.

Define states and actions

Separate workflow progress from operational status. Make missing information, review points and the next available action explicit.

Prototype the comparison

Make alternative views tangible. A geographic view and a sales comparison can answer different questions while preserving the same customer context.

Resolve the details

Bring behaviour, edge cases and technical constraints into the conversation with developers. Pricing proposals, for example, need a meaningful state when cost data is missing.

From Italy
Open to the world

I’m Lorenzo. I like getting into the details: why an operator misses an alert, what a manager needs to compare, where an automated workflow should stop and ask for help. That’s the work I want to do more of.

I’m based in Civitanova Marche, on Italy’s Adriatic coast. I work in English and Italian and I’m open to remote roles and collaborations.
